Wedding Update

I bought my dress!!!!!

There are two dress shops in my city that are about a block apart. My friend and I went to one. I found a dress that I really liked- the first one I tried.

We weren't going to go to the second store, but we decided to give it a shot. Once there, both of us were tempted to walk out. I was especially put off when they asked for all my information before I even looked at a single dress.

I had seen a dress online that I liked and had described it too my friend at some point. I didn't bother mentioning it to either store because the dress I liked had blue trim and a blue ribbon to lace up the back. I doubted either store had it.

Well, my friend found it at that second store (later I discovered that it wasn't really the same dress I saw online).

I wasn't sure I'd like it. After trying on several dresses at the other store, I had an idea of what styles looked good on me and this dress didn't look like it would.

The lady took me into the big dressing room and laced it up tight.

It was perfect! I felt beautiful. My friend commented that the look on my face was so different from my look in the other dresses I tried.

I'm so excited!
