A while back, I signed up for FitDay.
I only lasted about a week.
I've been exercising just about every day since July 1 and watching what I eat. I've gained 10 lbs, and no, it isn't muscle.
I decided to go back to FitDay.
I finally figured out what I was doing wrong in the program.
If I don't enter in my sleeping and sitting, FitDay automatically records me as working for all the hours I don't log as exercise. Yikes! No wonder it says I'm burning a ton of calories.
Right now, I'm trying to figure out a way to save my typical day and just add in the activity. Maybe I have to put my job as sitting and then add in standing time?
It's enough of a pain to log all my food, I don't want to have to log in every hour of what I'm doing.
Oh, and typing isn't one of the choices. :)
Update: I changed my lifestyle to seated, some movement. I found typing. I also found where I can add in my work later. Much better. I still have to add sleep though.
