I've been visiting my new classroom this summer.
There is no way I'll be able to fit an entire class in there.
Even if I get rid of every bit of other furniture (like my desk and the bookcases), I won't fit them.
To make it worse, I got approved for a Smartboard but if I can't fit kids, I'm not likely to fit a Smartboard.
While I'm excited about the changes in my job, I'm horribly disappointed about my classroom.
My other room was too crowded, but this one is worse.
The best classroom I've ever had? A sectioned off portion of the cafeteria. Seriously. It was awesome, and I was allowed to paint the walls a different color.
